Waiver Favors™: 2026 Week 4 Fantasy Football Pickups

As I do every year over the last 14 years, I’m here to help with waiver wire adds via my weekly Waiver Favors™ article!  And I’m assuming if you’re reader right now, you’re in your fantasy football playoffs, so congratulations!

I’ll make a couple suggestions for after Week 4 of the 2026 fantasy football season that hopefully will keep your team running in the playoffs.  You’re welcome.  Again.

As usual, all pickups are available in at least 50% of Yahoo standard fantasy football leagues (with some minor exceptions) as of Sunday evening.

Kirk Cousins

QB – Las Vegas Raiders – 22% Owned

While everyone was excited about 1st overall pick Fernando Mendoza, its Kirk Cousins that’s started the Raiders off to a 3-1 season.  Although he lost to the Chiefs in Week 4, it really isn’t his fault as he completed 31 of 52 passes for 365 yards, 2 touchdowns and an interception, also completing a two-point conversion for good measure.  He has an 11:4 TD:INT ratio and has averaged 256.5 passing yards this season, which means you should grab him in all 12-team leagues or deeper if you’re unhappy with your current options or just need a high-end backup.

Emanuel Wilson

RB – Seattle Seahawks – 48% Owned

With both Jadarian Price on IR and Zack Carbonnet not ready to come back from IR yet, Emanuel Wilson took control of the backfield and rushed 21 times for 81 yards and a touchdown while adding three catches for 39 yards and another touchdown.  Wilson may not be a special talent, but he’s tough to bring down and has good-enough vision to take advantage of the holes he receives, not to mention having a significant opportunity. George Holani received just 7 carries for 18 yards and only one catch in Week 4 so its clear that Wilson has some runway going forward.  Go grab him in all leagues.

Tank Bigsby & Will Shipley

RB – Philadelphia Eagles – 28% Owned & 1% Owned

Saquon Barkley went out in the second series with a hamstring injury opening the way for Tank Bigsby to take control of a relatively depleted Eagles offense backfield.  He managed 14 carries for 55 yards and one target before suffering his own injury and ceding way to the only RB left on the roster, Will Shipley.  Shipley managed 6 carries for 23 yards, unsurprisingly producing an almost identical 3.9 yards per carry.  It’s not going to blow the doors off, but whoever takes over in the backfield should get between around 18-22 carries with touchdown upside, so both are worth a pick up in all leagues.

Keon Coleman

WR – Buffalo Bills – 4% Owned

This is the Keon Coleman that the Bills thought they selected back in the 2nd round of the 2024 draft.  After totaling just 8 of 9 targets for 101 yards total over first 3 weeks of the season, Coleman broke out catching 6 of 7 targets for 116 and a TD in Week 4, including one incredible catch that I won’t try to describe.  Just Google it.  Go get him in all 12-team leagues or deeper.
