As I do every year over the last 13 years, I’m here to help with waiver wire adds via my weekly Waiver Favors™ article!  And I’m assuming if you’re reader right now, you’re in your fantasy football playoffs, so congratulations!

I’ll make a couple suggestions for after Week 13 of the 2025 fantasy football season that hopefully will keep your team running.  You’re welcome.  Again.

As usual, all pickups are available in at least 50% of Yahoo standard fantasy football leagues (with some minor exceptions) as of Sunday evening.

Adonai Mitchell

WR – New York Jets – 2% Owned

We’ve been waiting to figure who, if anyone, would be the WR1 with Garrett Wilson out and Tyrod Taylor behind center, and I think we have our answer.  The Jets traded for Adonai Mitchell at the trade deadline, and he got eased in, but his targets have been picking up from 6 to 7 to Week 13 where he caught 8 of a whopping 12 targets for 102 yards and a TD.  Seeing as how Tyrod Taylor only had 172 passing yards, that’s pretty large share.  Mitchell has shown ability to create separation with his speed, and it looks like he’s at least a WR1B in a Jets offense that seems to be making strides forward.  Feel free to pick him up in all 12-team leagues or deeper as we see how this shakes out.

Devaughn Vele

WR – New Orleans Saints – 1% Owned

Chris Olave managed to play though back spasms and be productive, but it was Devaugn Vele that got the spotlight catching all 8 targets for 93 yards and a TD in Week 13.  He had the most targets among WRs, only being behind TE Juwan Johnson.  It’s unclear if this will continue with any consistency, but it sure makes sense to grab him in all 14-team leagues or deeper as wait and see.

Isaac TeSlaa

WR – Detroit Lions – 1% Owned

Amon-Ra St. Brown went down with an ankle injury in Week 13, and with Kalif Raymond already out, rookie Isaac TeSlaa stepped up as the WR2 behind Jameson Williams. He had an 84% route participation rate and caught 2 targets for 35 yards and a TD.  It sounds like St. Brown’s injury is minor, but it wouldn’t be a surprise if he missed a week or two.  It’s probably not for the faint of heart, but if you need WR3/Flex help in 14-team leagues or deeper, you could do worse, particularly if St. Brown misses time.
