In 2024, we were over 70% for cash lineups again and we’re back with more Daily Fantasy Football advice for Cash Games for Week 13 of the 2025 season!
You’re welcome.
As usual, before we get to winning you more bragging rights (and DFS cash), remember, the point of this article is not just to give you one or two lineups for each site, it’s to give you examples of a few POSSIBLE lineups. Getting exposure to a few different lineups is always a good idea, so don’t forget to mix and match additional lineups from my suggestions below. Trust me, it’s a lot more fun that way AND you’ll improve your chances of cashing!
Let’s get to winning you some CASH in Week 13 of the 2025 NFL season!

Cash Games, for those who don’t know, are essentially the lowest risk games. They include “50/50” games, in which half the entrants win about 1.8x the entry fee, and “Double Ups”, in which slightly less than half the entrants win 2x the entry fee.
Since there’s so many different sites, and I can’t cover them all, I’ve decided to cover just the most popular sites, including Fan Duel, Draft Kings and Yahoo! Daily Fantasy.
First of all, as a general rule for 50/50 Cash Games, there’s a basic target of points per salary cap spent that you’d like to look for:
- For Fan Duel try to target at least 2 fantasy points per $1000 spent.
- For Draft Kings, try to target at least 2.5 fantasy points per $1000 spent.
- For Yahoo! Daily Fantasy, try to target at least 0.6-0.7 fantasy points per $1 spent.
Remember, this article is not focused on GPP (Tournament) Games, JUST Cash Games. Feel free to use a few of these suggested players as a base when constructing a GPP lineup, but you’ll have to take some chances on a few low cost, upside players as well.
As per usual, I’m going to provide you with a few sample lineups on each site and give you a few notes to consider. You’re welcome.
So, without further to do, here are my suggestions for the Best Daily Fantasy Football Plays for Cash Games and player props for Week 13 contests.

Draft Kings

Game Notes:
- For those new to this column, note that I never advocate against you paying up at any particular position for DFS. We all know that the likes of Josh Allen and Jahmyr Gibbs are probably going to have the most consistent upside in terms of potential fantasy points from week to week. But remember that DFS is a salary cap game. You can feel free to sprinkle high priced players into your lineups, but you can’t pay up at every position because there’s simply not enough salary to go around. I try my best each week to provide my thoughts on how you might want to balance your cash lineups in terms of points potential and salary.
- My approach to DFS in Week 13 is to anchor my lineup with at least one stud RB and/or WR and go relatively cheap at QB, filling in value elsewhere.
- The “Free Square of the Week”™ is Devin Neal. Neal played 86% of the snaps after Alvin Kamara went out in Week 12, and with Kamara ruled out, I’d expect his snap share to be about the same. The Dolphins 25th ranked defense don’t seem too imposing and Neal is dirt cheap around industry. I’ll also mention Juwan Johnson here, as he’s also been leaned on a lot in recent weeks. Johnson is having a career-best season, averaging 4.5 catches (on 6.2 targets) for 48.8 yards across 11 games and has 2 TDs in his last 3 games. He’s not quite a “Free Square”, but he’s the second most targeted player in New Orleans which gives him plenty of opportunity for a discounted price.
- The Jacksonville Jaguars @ Tennessee Titans game may not have a high over/under (41.5), but it’s more about the matchup. The Titans allow the 7th most yards (352.5) and points (27.5) per game and the most fantasy points to opposing offenses this season. That means the Jags skill players are on my radar, particularly Trevor Lawrence and Brian Thomas Jr. Lawrence hasn’t been great, but he’s had 5 passing TDs and 3 rushing TDs over his last 4 games and has consistently found a way to get you fantasy points, plus he saves you a bunch of cap space. And with Thomas back from injury, Lawrence has a nice bump in opportunity as well as giving his top target a chance to take advantage of the soft matchup. As for the Titans, the Jaguars 21st ranked pass defense doesn’t scare me that much, and the Titans will likely have to pass early and often to keep up. Cameron Dike has stepped up to be the default WR1, which makes for a great cap space saving move, and if Elic Ayomanor plays then he could make for a good punt seeing as how he was getting almost 7 targets a game over his last three.
- “I Just Can’t Quit the Cardinals” should be the name of my DFS biography, and this week is no different. The Buccaneers 20th ranked defense doesn’t bother me and the Cardinals offensive skill players just keep firing away all game long, so I’m in on Jacoby Brissett, Michael Wilson, Trey McBride and Marvin Harrison, if he plays. In 4 starts this season, Brissett is averaging 315 passing yards and just under 2 passing TDs. Add in a rushing TD in Week 9 and a handful of rush yards per week that’s some serious upside for price that’s starting to creep up but remains relatively reasonable across industry. Over the last two weeks without Marvin Harrison, Michael Wilson has seen over 90% of the snaps and had over 300 receiving yards. He’ll probably get a few less targets if Harrison plays, but you can’t put the genie back in the bottle. That being said, I might have a lower share of Wilson if Harrison plays. The Cardinals vs. Bucs also have the highest over/under (45.5) of the slate, which bodes well for scoring.
- One of my favorite pay-up plays this week is De’Von Achane. He’s fresh off a bye week and faces a New Orleans run defense that is ranked just 29th and allowed 107 total yards to Bijan Robinson a week ago. Achane has been insanely good recently, averaging a whopping 195 total yards per game over his last two. His 21 carries in Week 12 and 22 carries in Week 11 were his highest totals of the season, and he gets plenty of targets in the passing game. The floor and ceiling are high, so lock him in if you can afford it.
- Before last week, Nico Collins was targeted 36 times over the previous 3 games catching 23 for 303 yards and TD. The Colts defense ranks 23rd in fantasy points given up to opposing receivers and the matchup has the second highest over/under (44.5) of the slate, so the opportunity is definitely there.
- Darnell Mooney is in play again with Drake London ruled out. Mooney made the most of his WR1 status without London in Week 12 catching 3 targets for 74 yards and TD. His price remains low, so he makes for a decent play against the last ranked Jets pass defense.
- Kimani Vidal is also in play again with Omarion Hampton ruled out. Vidal is cheap in light of the news that Hampton’s was practicing again, but now you get to save on playing him as the Chargers RB1 against the Raiders second worst run defense.
- Jaxon Smith-Njigba leads all WRs in receiving yards per game (119) and target share (almost 39%), plus he has the 3rd most receptions per game (7.27) of any WR in the NFL. Sometimes I don’t need to sell the player, but he comes with a hefty price tag. That being said, his matchup against the Vikings 29th ranked pass defense seems almost too good to pass up if you have the cap space to play him.

Good luck everyone with your Week 13 Cash Lineups, and I’ll see you next week for some Week 14 Cash Lineup suggestions!
