UPDATE: Since BlogTalkRadio sucks, the podcast is STILL processing.  So, here’s a high-level summary of why we made the prop bet picks below for Sunday:

Rachaad White OVER 76.5 Rush YDS

  • Totaled 286 rush yards on 60 carries over last 3 weeks, that’s 95.3 rush yards per game.
  • He’s also had 20+ carries in four of the past six games, indicating the Bucs are treating like a true bell cow back.
  • Packers rush defense just allowed 209 rushing yards to the Giants last Monday night.
  • In fact, the Packers have allowed the 2nd most rush yards per game (141.8) to opposing teams this season.

Deebo Samuel OVER 62.5 Rec YDS

  • 49ers one of the hottest teams in the NFL over the last several weeks.
  • Cardinals defense allowed 233.9 receiving yards to opposing teams per game this season.
  • Deebo Samuel has averaged 67.2 receiving yards per game this season, having exceeded 100 yards in his last two games.

Joe Flacco OVER 231.5 Pass YDS

  • Bears have the 10th worst pass defense.
  • Joe Flacco since joining the Cleveland Browns threw for 254 against the Rams (13th worst pass defense) and 311 against the Jaguars (2nd worst pass defense).

Tommy DeVito OVER 178.5 Pass YDS

  • Everyone loves Tommy Cutlets!
  • Beat Green Bay who had the 8th best pass defense.
  • New Orleans vulnerable against the run and may focus on trying to stop Saquon Barkley, giving DeVito more opportunity in play-action.

And for those interested in our thoughts on “Terror Train” (1980), “Terror Train” (2022) and “Terror Train 2” (2022), here’s a summary:

Things we liked about “Terror Train” (1980):

  • Jamie Lee Curtis and David Copperfield performances
  • Good framing using narrow spaces to create feeling of claustrophobia
  • Filming appeared to actually be on a train
  • Decent practical effects

Things we liked about “Terror Train” (2022) and “Terror Train 2” (2022):

  • Mildly amusing slasher movie with decent costumes
  • Mirrored original story but changed the ending for the better
  • Decent practical effects for a modern movie
  • Terror Train 2 had an amusing antagonist

Things we did NOT like about “Terror Train” (1980):

  • The ending
  • The porter who was cringy when interacting with Jamie Lee Curtis (e.g., calling her “sweetheart” and “honey” throughout)
  • Lack of orginality

Things we did NOT like about “Terror Train” (2022) and “Terror Train 2” (2022):

  • Did not appear to actually be filmed on a train
  • Main character was annoying and whinny at times
  • Sequel was entirely unnecessary

Scare-o-Meter (0-10)

Terror Train (1980) / Terror Train (2022) / Terror Train 2 (2022)

  • Joanne – 1 / 1 / 0
  • Ha Kung – 3 / 2 / 1

Star Rating (0-4)

Terror Train (1980) / Terror Train (2022) / Terror Train 2 (2022)

  • Joanne – 2 / 1 / 1.5
  • Ha Kung – 1.5 / 1.5 / 1
