As I do every year over the last 10 years, I’m here to help with waiver wire adds via my weekly Waiver Favors™ article!  And I’m assuming if you’re reader right now, you’re in your fantasy football playoffs, so congratulations!

I’ll make a couple suggestions for after Week 13 of the 2022 fantasy football season that hopefully will keep your team running.  You’re welcome.  Again.

As usual, all pickups are available in at least 50% of Yahoo standard fantasy football leagues (with some minor exceptions) as of Sunday evening.

James Cook

RB – Buffalo Bills – 23% Owned

It’s not clear how much of a timeshare the Bills backfield is but, in Week 13, James Cook managed to outpace Devin Singletary by one carry and 13 rushing yards, also getting four more targets.  In total, Cook rushed 14 times for 64 yards and secured all six targets for 41 yards.  For now, since Cook has double-digit carries in Week 11 and 13, he’s worth a stash in most 12-team leagues or deeper until the backfield is resolved, particularly for Singletary owners.

Jameson Williams

WR – Detroit Lions – 47% Owned

Jameson Williams, the 12th pick of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Lions was finally active in Week 13 after recovering from a knee injury.  He didn’t do much, but we all know that he has top end speed from his time in college and good hands, so he certainly has upside, and we all know how much the Lions like to throw the ball.  Feel free to stash him if you have room in all 12-team leagues or deeper.

Corey Davis

WR – New York Jets – 13% Owned

Corey Davis back!  And it only took Mike White to find him.  Davis caught 5 of a season-high 10 targets for 85 yards.  It’s not clear if he’ll consistently get so many targets (he was in 68% of offensive snaps in Week 12, but only had 3 targets), but it’s worth picking him up now in case being the WR2 behind Garrett Wilson has consistent value.  Grab him in all 14-team leagues or deeper.

Noah Fant

TE – Seattle Seahawks – 13% Owned

4.4 targets per game over the last 7 games and has caught multiple passes in all of those but one.  In Week 13, he caught 4 of 5 targets for 42 yards and TD.  He’s not going to set the world on fire, but we know he has talent, and he’s shown some level of floor in his game.  So if you’re really hurting at TE, you could probably do worse in 14-team leagues or deeper.
