Without further to do, here we go:
Week 4 Games
Ha Kung Wong’s Picks
Ha Kung’s Thoughts:
After a 64.7% record three seasons ago, and 63.3% (178-103) two seasons ago, I ended up with 63.4% (180-104) last season. So that’s nine years in a row with over a 60% pick rate. I also had 85% right for Locks of the Week (17-3) and 42.1% for Upsets of the Week (8-11), so not only did I beat my 2022 percentages for both Locks and Upsets, but I have nine years in a row of Locks being over 70%.
I had a tough Week 3, going 5-11 leaving me 27-21 for the season (56.3%), inexplicably missed my Lock of the Week with the Chargers shockingly losing to the Broncos (1-2 on the season) and my Upset of the Week with the Bears losing to the Colts (2-1 on the season).
Let’s get to that Lock (for Survivor Leagues) and Upset for Week 4…
Lock of the Week ➡ Houston Texans (-7) over Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars have the 3rd least points per game this season (13.3) while also allowing the 5th most points to opposing offenses this season (28.3). The Texans were surprisingly derailed in Week 3, but the talent is there and there’s no better way to get on track than play the toothless Jaguars. I have zero faith in the Jaguars, so I like the Texans as the lock of the week.
Upset of the Week ➡ Buffalo Bills (+2.5) over Baltimore Ravens
The Bills have scored the most points per game (37.3) and Josh Allen is playing some of the best football of his career, while James Cook has finally broken out as the RB1 we all thought he could be in Buffalo. The Bills are undefeated and heading over to play the Ravens, who managed to lose to the Raiders in Week 2 and allowed the Cowboys to score 19 straight points in the 4th quarter in Week 3 while narrowly eking out a win. Lamar Jackson can get hot any time, and Derek Henry seems revitalized in Baltimore, but no team is rolling more than the Bills. I like the potential upset here.

George’s Picks
George’s Thoughts:
There’s a log jam at the top so we want to make the break and we will start with the Falcons bouncing back by beating their bitter rival the Saints. New Orleans offense crash landed against the Eagles and Atlanta took the defending champion Chiefs to the wire.
The Vikings are the toast of the league and just demolished Houston so there’s no way they could lose to the Malik Willis-led Packers. But they will because that Green Bay defense will remind everyone why Sam Darnold struggled on 3 different teams.
Philadelphia pulled that game out at New Orleans and they will want revenge in Tampa. But they won’t get it because the Bucs will bounce back from an awful performance against Denver by riding Bucky Irving and taking some pressure off Baker Mayfield.
The Titans are winless, but Will Levis’ breakout last year came against the Dolphins and that team in South Florida is in real trouble.
Seahawks will be unbeaten no more after they go to Detroit. Arizona will win a shootout with Washington, and the Ravens will knock the Bills from the ranks of the unbeaten.
