Without further to do, here we go:
Week 18 Games
Ha Kung’s Picks
Ha Kung’s Thoughts:
Last year I ended up with a 64.7% record for the season, so that’s seven years in a row with over a 60% pick rate. Plus, I had a 75.5% record on Locks of the Week and a 58% record on Upsets of the Week. I had a decent week going 11-4 in Week 17, with a total of 162-91 for the season (64.0%), 13-4 for Locks of Week, and 8-9 for Upsets of the Week. Don’t worry, I don’t plan on stopping now!
Let’s get to that Lock (for Survivor Leagues) and Upset for Week 18…
Lock of the Week ➡ San Francisco 49ers (-14.0) over Arizona Cardinals
Perhaps surprisingly, QB Brock Purdy is doing a terrific job keeping the 49ers competitive on offense and they now have the 5th most yards (369.1) and the 6th most points (25.8) per game of any team in the NFL. Not bad for Mr. Irrelevant. Of course, he has significant help from Christian McCaffrey and George Kittle, who will play at least half a game this weekend. And the 49ers defense is the best in the league allowing just 303.4 yards and 16.4 points per game. In Week 18 they face a completely depleted Cardinals team with 3rd string QB David Blough under center and also missing top WR DeAndre Hopkins and top RB James Connor. Don’t over think it. Lock it in.
Upset of the Week ➡ Los Angeles Chargers (+2.5) over the Denver Broncos
Ugh. Week 18 is the worst. It appears the Chargers will rest their starters at some point in the game, but it’s unclear when. But the Broncos are just so bad that I think whatever the Chargers put on the field will be better. Call this is a gut call for me, but I’m guessing the Broncos will find a way to lose.

George’s Picks
George’s Thoughts:
Don’t expect anything surprising on Saturday: Jacksonville has all the momentum and it’s a lot to ask for Tennessee to beat them with Josh Dobbs at QB. Kansas City will win a shootout with Las Vegas.
Sunday: Inspired by Damar Hamlin’s improving health situation I expect the Bills to crush the Patriots and open the door for the Dolphins. And despite the fact Skylar Thompson is starting somehow the Dolphins will go through that door and into the playoffs.
The big twist in the late afternoon window will be L.A. Rams taking out their hated rival and winning in Seattle to bail the NFL out from its decision to not put a game that was win or bust for both teams in the Sunday night game.
And there’s the other big surprise. The Lions beat Aaron Rodgers at Lambeau Field for the first time to grab the last playoff spot.
