Ha Kung’s Thoughts:
As I mention every week, copy my picks and you can thank me later. If you like winning, I think I can help.
Also, just because we love competition here at Football Garbage Time, we’re once again going heads up against Wally, Will and Ray at Urban Sports Scene on our NFL Picks. In Week 6, we basically tied Urban Sports Scene team, leaving us at 3-0-3:
.@FBGarbageTime How did you guys do? @UrbanSportScene went 7-8, I went 9-6 and Will T went 8-7. #NFLpicks #NFLPickem

Regardless, they’re awesome competitors, and they KNOW their sports, so keep it tuned in, to both us and them, because we’ll be picking all season all long!

Joanne Kong’s Comments:
New York Giants (3-3) @ L.A. Rams (3-3)
It might be a home game for the L.A. Rams, but they will be in London, England. The Rams, that scheduled the game while they were in Cleveland, had an 11 hour trip from the West Coast across the Atlantic to London. It will be a hard game for the Rams with the 8 hour time difference, even with 5 days to acclimate, so regardless of the stats for these two teams, New York should have an advantage in week 7.
The Giants have struggled this season. Quarterback Eli Manning has been unreliable. The wide receivers have been ineffective, with the exception for Odell Beckham Jr in week 6. Their defense has been riddled with injury. And, there is no semblance of a running game.
Where does that leave the New York Giants?
The New York Giants are fighting to get out of last place, currently only a half game ahead of the Philadelphia Eagles. The 3-3 Giants are trying to race for the top, currently occupied by the Dallas Cowboys…WHAT?
Yup. Quarterback Dak Prescott is turning out to be the best thing since the new stadium for the Dallas Cowboys.
The L.A. Rams have had some problems of their own. Staring in this season of HBO’s Hard Knocks, the Rams had some trouble out of the gate on offense and defense. The expectations for the Rams were high when the season began and have quickly slid. Running back Todd Gurley has had 1 good game. With quarterback woes of their own, Case Keenum has yet to be the answer for the Rams, with first overall pick still watching from the sidelines. One game behind the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC West division, the Rams are also looking for the win.
It’ll be close, but I trust the Giants offense slightly more than Rams defense.
