As I do every year over the last 10 years, I’m here to help with waiver wire adds via my weekly Waiver Favors™ article!  And I’m assuming if you’re reader right now, you’re in your fantasy football playoffs, so congratulations!

I’ll make a couple suggestions for after Week 15 of the 2022 fantasy football season that hopefully will keep your team running in the playoffs.  You’re welcome.  Again.

As usual, all pickups are available in at least 50% of Yahoo standard fantasy football leagues (with some minor exceptions) as of Sunday evening.

Deon Jackson & Zack Moss

RB – Indianapolis Colts – 7% Owned and 2% Owned

Jonathan Taylor left with an ankle injury in the first quarter this week and in stepped the backfield duo of Deon Jackson and Zack Moss.  Both did well with Jackson rushing 13 times for 55 yards and a receiving TD while Moss rushed 24 times for 81 yards.  Moss is apparently going to be used on early downs, but was inefficient with his carries, while Jackson looked more dynamic and will be used on passing downs.  I’m leaning towards Jackson in PPR and Moss in standard leagues.

Donovan Peoples-Jones

WR – Cleveland Browns – 64% Owned

Donovan Peoples-Jones looks to have a decent connection with Deshaun Watson catching all 4 targets for 31 yards and a TD in Week 15.  And this after he’s averaged 4.4 receptions and 63.7 yards over his last 7 games with 2 total TDs over that span.  If he’s on your waiver wire, pick him up immediately in all leagues.

Donovan Peoples-Jones Receiving Stats
Game Rece Rece Rece Rece Rece Rece
Year Tm G Tgt Rec Yds TD Y/G Ctch%
2020 CLE 12 20 14 304 2 25.3 70.0%
2021 CLE 14 58 34 597 3 42.6 58.6%
2022 CLE 14 84 57 782 2 55.9 67.9%
Care 40 162 105 1683 7 42.1 64.8%

Mack Hollins

WR – Las Vegas Raiders – 29% Owned

Mack Hollins looks to be back in the mix in Vegas even with Darren Waller and Hunter Renfrow healthy.  He caught 4 of 8 targets for 40 yards and a TD in Week 15, and has been averaging 7.5 touches per game over the last 6.  Opportunity isn’t everything, but it certainly helps, so feel free to grab Hollins in all 14-team leagues or deeper.

Chris Moore

WR – Houston Texans – 19% Owned

With Brandin Cooks and Nico Collins out, Chris Moore became the de facto WR1 and managed to catch 4 of 9 targets for 42 yards in Week 15.  The Texans are no great shakes in terms of offense, but Moore did just catch 10 of a whopping 11 targets for 142 yards Week 14, so the upside is definitely there.  Feel free to grab him in all 14-team leagues or deeper.

Richie James

WR – New York Giants – 14% Owned

In an offense that could use playmakers outside of Saquon Barkley, Richie James has really stepped up.  He’s had 3 TDs in the last 5 weeks and averaged 4.4 receptions on 5.2 targets for 42.4 yards per game.  He’s worth a gander if you need some potential lightening in a bottle in 14-team PPR leagues or deeper.

K.J. Osborn

WR – Minnesota Vikings – 5% Owned

K.J. Osborn caught 10 of 16 targets for a career-high 157 yards and a TD in Week 15 including a huge 63-yard catch in the third quarter.  That’s back-to-back TDs for Osborn and he looks to remain involved in the Vikings offense with defenses double covering Justin Jefferson.  He’s worth a pickup in 14-team leagues for those desperate for a WR/Flex.

Noah Brown

WR – Dallas Cowboys – 2% Owned

Noah Brown seems to be getting back into the mix catching 6 of 9 targets for 49 yards in Week 15.  It’s unclear if that will continue with Michael Gallup and Dalton Schultz healthy and in the mix, but he’s worth a flyer for those who need a WR4/Flex in 16-team leagues or deeper.

Rashid Shaheed

WR – New Orleans Saints – 1% Owned

Rashid Shaheed caught 3 of his 4 targets for 95 yards and a TD in Week 15, following up a 4 reception for 75-yard performance in Week 14.  That’s career highs in consecutive weeks.  It’s starting to look like Andy Dalton is looking at Shaheed as his WR2, which means you should also look at as a potential WR3/Flex in 14-team leagues or deeper.
