Ha Kung’s Thoughts:
As I mention every week, copy my picks and you can thank me later. If you like winning, I think I can help.
Also, just because we love competition here at Football Garbage Time, we’re once again going heads up against Wally, Will and Ray at Urban Sports Scene on our NFL Picks. In Week 7, we lost to the Urban Sports Scene team, leaving us at 3-1-3:

They’re awesome competitors, and they KNOW their sports, so keep it tuned in, to both us and them, because we’ll be picking all season all long!

Joanne Kong’s Comments:
The New York Giants are on a bye-week. In week 7, the Giants defeated the L.A. Rams in London. In one of the worst games this season, the game was plagued with ticky-tack penalty calls by the officials seemingly every couple of minutes, and by the inability of both teams to move the ball, leading to an excruciatingly painful game that lacked all excitement and enthusiasm.
Don’t get me wrong. I celebrated the Giants’ victory anyway with a glass of Champagne. I’m happy about the win, but disappointed with the Giants overall this season. During the bye-week, the Giants need to regroup and figure out how to improve what is turning out to be a disappointing season, sitting in last place in the NFC East.
Of course, nothing could be worse than last Sunday Night’s game, Seattle Seahawks @ Arizona Cardinals, 6-6 overtime tie game. I suspect we’ll see better out of the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles this Sunday Night, which could determine who ends up winning the NFC East.
